THE SPEAKER
Zeina Zataari is a founding member of the Radical Arab Women's
Activist Network and the National Council of Arab Americans. She was
born and raised in South Lebanon. Zeina recently returned from South
Lebanon and will talk about the recent U.S. backed Israeli assault on
Lebanon, Lebanon's modern history, Israel's aggressions and involvement
in internal civil wars, the origins of Hizbullah and the resistance
movements.
Sami Kitmitto is with the Break The Siege Campaign, which was formed in the aftermath of the Israeli invasion of Lebanon and Gaza, and is also a member of American Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee, San Francisco (ADC-SF).
